1. No Return / No Exchange for Certain Products

Due to the nature of our products, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

1. Customized Thambulam Plates
2. Wedding Aarathi Plate Decorations
3. Seer Plate Decorations
4. Special-order or made-to-order items
5. Used, altered, or damaged items

Once delivered or collected, these products are considered final sale.

2. Returns Accepted Only for Damaged or Incorrect Products

We accept returns ONLY in the following situations:

1. You received a damaged product
2. You received an item different from what you ordered

In such cases, you must inform us within 24 hours of delivery.

Please provide:

1. Order number
2. Clear product photos/videos showing the issue
3. Packaging photos (if applicable)

A return request will be approved only if:
